For you birdwatchers: The Lake is full and the Snow Geese are making a return already!  There are about 3000 on the lake  as of  February 12th. So early this year.  Also, Sandhill Cranes and White Front Geese are coming in as well. The weather has been B E A utiful ( to quote Ace Ventura). Makes one want to get out and hike and birdwatch.  Come and see us, we'll keep the coffee on and the cabins warm!")
